Hello, my name is Jesica Sosa. I am certified for the State of California and I have been practicing massage therapy for over 14 years. I use my knowledge and experience to create the right massage for each client. It’s of personal importance to me to see immediate results and progress after each session.
The bodywork I perform is a unique blend of healing modalities including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal massage and energy work. I have always had a deep connection with energy work. Over the years I have become very sensitive to QI (chi) flow and stagnation. My hands heat up and become similar to magnets to the body. This helps me identify areas where the Qi is blocked and where I need to focus and treat. I have been certified in a Live Course of Healing Hands Native American Energy Work taught by the Santee Sioux Nation. Now, I ask you to truly listen to your body and ask it what it needs. It will be my pleasure and honor to help you heal in any way I am able to.

Hello my name is Lexlia,
I’ve been a Certified Massage Therapist since 2009. I graduated from UEI College with a certificate in Special Populations.
I’ve been interested and passionate about bodywork basically my whole life.
My decision to educate myself in holistic and alternative practices was kismet. But what I didn't understand, was just how profoundly, working with people who really needed my help would affect me. I believe in energetic transference, and that positivity and unconditional love are the core essentials to healing. I'm always eager and excited to hear feedback from all of my clients and to see progress from the work that we're doing together. Because healing through massage is a team effort, I will cater to you and I recommend you also cater to yourself. You can do this by remaining consistent with your at home self care. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Clinical and Prenatal massage. I also love incorporating scalp and face massages to ensure deep relaxation no matter how stressful your day may have been! My ultimate goal and ultimate pride is to help you heal yourself. I look forward to meeting you and commencing this journey of self healing together!!

Hello! My name is Lydia and I studied at American Career College in Long Beach and graduated as a Certified Massage Therapist. Through my own experience with a painful injury, I have come to believe whole heartily that massage therapy can be beneficial to our overall well-being. I am all about helping you to feel better in a way that is with the least discomfort. Whether it’s from a stressful day, getting relief from a painful injury or looking for a relaxing time to yourself. The way I do body work is treating one tissue layer at a time so we can access the deeper layers with the least amount of discomfort. I also love to do stretches to help increase mobility and also because it feels good! I have worked here since 2016 and it has been such a great experience. Whether it be a simple Swedish massage for relaxation or a deep tissue massage for pain relief, I’m here to accommodate your needs and help you leave this place feeling better than how you came in! I am looking forward to working with you to meet your goals!
